TERMS & CONDITIONS.

1. Any male or female above the age of 18 years can participate in the marketing plan of our company.

2. You can join as a distributor in the income action plan by paying the fixed amount fixed by the company to the bank account of the company and receive the goods.

3. The commission amount earned by the direct seller by executing the company's program will be paid into the bank account only.

4. When a person who has already joined our company, introduce the others in this scheme, The direct distributor should know the complete details of that new person and join.The direct distributor should know To know the activities of the scheme and to guide the new people.

5. When the commission amount of the beneficiary member exceeds Rs.200/-, it will be paid into his bank account once every 15 days.

6. The person who joins the company has to continuously monitor and perform 7 levels to be fulfilled below him to get continuous income commission.

7. 50% of the 7th level income will be given as commission and 50% as gift.

8.After fulflling At 7th level and getting gift and then he will be taken by the company to the automatic filling which will be activated for continuous income.

9. The second phase income of the 50% of the 7th level income will be given as commission and 50% as material. In this case, 50% will be deducted from every 90 rupees earned by the distributor. depends on the growth of the over all first phase of the company.

10. The Company reserves the right to change the Company's program of operations, regulations and products offered from time to time.

11. For direct distributor participating in the Company's program and for Company's programs, The management has the right to ban the basic membership identity number and income if he acts directly or indirectly against the rules and development srisurabichainsmarketing PVT LIMTED .

12. 10% Service Charge for company and 5% Government Income Tax will be deducted by the Company from the commission receive by the Direct Seller.

13. The person joining the company's plan should post his Aadhaar card, pan card, bank account details. Pan card must, registered to join the company Scheme. if Pan is not submitted 20% TDS will be deducted from commission

14. All legal proceedings against the Company should be subject to jurisdiction of Madurai District Courts.

15. I am joining this program with full consent knowing all the above terms and conditions.

16. The terms and conditions will be modified or added by the company anytime.

17. The complaint issues will be function under the committee appointed by company board of directors.

18. Where all the above said company or SSCM should be considered Sri Surabhi chains marketing private limited.

Note:-

The direct distributor of SSCM in Madurai district can collect the product directly from the office by showing the payment receipt. if the company should send the product by courier within tamilnadu will be charged rupees 50,and other destinations of india will be informed company.

Where there is no courier service, you should go to the nearest courier service point for collection.
